IDEaL School and Community Outreach Day

What we will do IDEaL will work with a selected school or community to identify a practical learning need. Depending on that need, the outreach day may include a reading session, a basic digital skills activity, career and learning guidance, or the distribution of books and other requested learning materials.

Volunteer roles Volunteers may help prepare and sort resources, facilitate small group activities, support teachers, manage registration, and document the day where permission has been given. We will assign roles before the visit and brief everyone on the activity and safeguarding expectations.

How to take part Register your interest as a volunteer and tell us what skills or resources you can contribute. IDEaL will contact selected volunteers with the confirmed location, schedule and assigned role. Schools and community organisations interested in hosting a future outreach day can also contact IDEaL.
