Update your own details
You can correct your name, username, photo and bio yourself in Dashboard → My profile.
Make a request
To get a copy of your data, correct something you cannot change yourself, delete your account or data, or withdraw a consent, email support@ideal-nig.org with the subject “Data request”. Tell us what you would like and use the email address linked to your account. We may ask you to confirm your identity, and we respond within 30 days, free of charge.
Remove a photo or video
If you (or your child) appear in our Gallery and would like the image removed, email us the page address. We remove images promptly, normally within 5 working days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you can complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission at ndpc.gov.ng.
